About me and my APPROACH

I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist, qualified to work in all European countries, with more than 10 years of experience and practices with clients, 14 years of study, training and research.

I am an authorized and registered in a number of professional bodies, including the European accreditation for EMDR therapists supplied by the national authorities EMDR Association UK & Ireland.

My clients are the focus of my work, and my practice is born out of a desire to help people overcome the unpleasant and disturbing symptoms, difficulties and problems they encountered, to feel fulfilled and happy in life, no matter where they are and what they do.

I work with adults and children. In my work I use three approaches for which I trained in appropriate educational institutions, which are: CB (cognitive behavioral), MC (metacognitive) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocesing). I believe that there is no universal approach to the client, so I try to build up access tailored to the customer, high quality and special for each client, which would reflect his or her personality and needs.

I am constantly trained in my area; I follow the latest research in the world and constantly learn. I’m in the supervision of an accredited European supervisor from London. Supervision allows me to provide better quality service to my customers, control of my work and taking care of myself.

I am passionate and committed to my work and firmly believe that therapy can bring positive changes and improvement in people’s lives, because I have many examples of my own clients convincing me in that, through the incredible transformations that they experienced in a relatively short time.

We are all vulnerable in today’s stressful world; it is not uncommon to feel lost or confused from time to time, or experience certain symptoms and difficulties, inadequate behavior or lack of confidence.

It is important to remember that you are not alone. Talking to a therapist you can get specific help and support, tools for coping with problems, as well as short and long-term relief of symptoms or problems that you face.

Choosing the right treatment can be a challenge. All my clients have different needs and goals. I am specialized in responding to their unique situations developing individually tailored treatment programs for each of them in three psychotherapeutic approaches that I use, such as EMDR, MCT and CBT.

Through personalized sessions I will support your way into the consciousness of how we think, feel and act in the present moment; providing insight into the ways in which you can overcome any of unfinished business or problems so that you can live your full potential.

My approach will allow you to completely involve in every step of the process of therapy, and to feel respected because you are really involved in the construction of your own fortune. I am very clear in explaining my clients what I offer and how I do my work. I do not use professional terminology and try to use the comparison, and as clearly and simply show what we will be doing and how certain techniques and methods are functioning.

It is very important to me to have a feedback from my clients, they are invaluable to me, and I’ll ask you for your thoughts and opinions throughout the journey on which we go along. Thanking to the feedback from my past and current clients, I was able to further educate, strengthen and adjust my approach.

Client’s motivation to the work is essential to his success and this is clearly manifesting during the sessions as progress.

Thanks to my extensive experience, I am able to provide a safe environment where you will not be judged and where you can feel appreciated, heard and supported. Occupational therapy

As a psychologist and a psychotherapist, my goal is to improve individual job satisfaction, identifying and realizing its full potential.

I provide counseling to entrepreneurs and employees in career management assistance, support in achieving success and increasing personal well-being.

Provide guidance and advice to employees or students to help them plan and manage their careers, learn how to write effective resumes and applications; I prepare people for interviews and assessments, helping them to express themselves more and improve their communication skills.

Also, I work with individuals who have no idea what they want to deal with in his career, helping them find their way.

First consultation

If with regard to your problems and symptoms you feel that you need help but are not sure about the methods that I offer, as well as the results, I offer a free first session, to discuss your problems and any concerns you may have about the treatment.

When we begin to work together, on our first session we will examine your current problems and work to uncover the most appropriate therapy for you.

I will assess your specific needs and we can set goals for work together. Also, I will explain in detail how to do, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether to begin therapy with me.

Also, we will discuss the options available to you, from long-term therapy to short-term counseling. During our conversation I will help you to understand which type of therapy works best for you. After that you will have a clearer idea of ​​what you can expect from our work together.

I also offer sessions via Skype. This is something that we could also discuss during our initial consultation.

Duration and frequency of sessions

Usually I see my clients once a week for a period of an hour (sometimes more, depending on the type of work that is use). I am flexible in this regard and make deals sessions in accordance with the needs of the client; Depending on your schedule, we can negotiate more or less frequently than this (if clinically appropriate), or if you sometimes want to come for more sessions.

Psychotherapists tend to see their clients on the same day and at the same time every week – it is very important to attend therapy regularly in order to get results; ensure for yourself a space in your schedule, therefore it will be easier and achievable.

The type, frequency and duration of treatment will be discussed at the initial consultation, and it will be reviewed in due course.
